2 Days of Play

A recurring, inspiring child-led free play event held across Logan for thousands of children to join.

This event aims to facilitate an extensive collaboration between community services, working together to role model child led free play for thousands of Logan children over 2 days.

In the past, this event has been supported by 45 community partners, and attended by 191 children in Woodridge. When hosted for Under 8's Week in Slacks Creek, 23 community partners collaborated for the two day event. Over 667 Logan children brought 481 grown ups to this event. This event was hugely successful, offering many active free play opportunities, connecting Logan families with Meakin Park as well as incorporating a child voice consultation process - hearing directly from the children about their play!
